Our chef Hussain has been trained by the founder and head chef of Ahmed Spice, Mr Nasar Ali.

Hussain has been working as part of our team and now chef for over 8 years. With past experience working in Norwich at some well known busy restaurants he is now a very talented consistent chef.

Managing the kitchen his people person skills are very good and he also has a keen eye for how all the dishes are being prepared. He works very hard and puts 100% into his food to make sure it’s of a high standard for the consumer. Be assured that any food coming out of Hussain’s kitchen will be of a very good standard. If by any chance you do get the odd one that’s not to your expectations then he is more than happy to replace, but this is very rare.
